Welcome! Catdoll.US is the official Catdoll distributor of the US. Our dolls are made by a talented team in China and can be shipped generally worldwide, including to the US, EU, UK, Japan, and more. We emphasize timely English communication throughout the ordering process to answer any questions you have and make sure you get the doll of your dreams, exactly how you want it. Our dolls are sold at factory-direct pricing, for the exact same products and secure shipping methods that the Catdoll factory offers. You’ll also find that we offer unique accessories and services as well.

We will consider any special requests, including customization of certain aspects of the doll such as makeup. There are many head+body combinations available that aren’t pictured on the website. Each head can be combined with any body model as long as the sizes are proportional. Each doll’s product page will list heads that are known look good on that particular body size. If you see a Catdoll configuration elsewhere, we offer it here as well. Please contact us for more pictures of the dolls.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us using either the contact page or email. We aim to respond as quickly as possible but will respond within 24 hours at most. If you don’t get a response within 48 hours, please let us know.

Ordering Process

As soon as you place your order, we will review your order, and then provide you with the payment information. After payment is made, production of your doll will begin. For most TPE dolls, production will complete within 1 week, and you will receive a factory photo of your doll once it’s shipped.

For dolls with a silicone head or body, please allow additional time for production. A soft silicone head will take approximately 2 weeks to make. Currently, the wait time for a detailed silicone body is approximately 1-3 months, normally between 1-2 months.

Shipping

Shipping is free to the US, EU, UK, Japan, and many other countries. Shipping normally takes 2 weeks via a safe and reliable special shipping line to the US and EU. For shipping to other countries, it depends on how strict your country’s customs is. Please contact us to get a recommendation based on where you live. Full size dolls aren’t able to be shipped to Australia or Brazil reliably, sorry. Mini dolls may be able to shipped ok.

US Receiving and Inspection Service

The US Receiving and Inspection Service will usually not add any extra time to your order! Whether you opt for the service or not, shipping will take around 2 weeks. The service is also useful to time the delivery to a more narrow window, as shipping times from China can be quite variable. Just let us know when you’d like the doll to arrive, and we’ll do our best. We are also able to ship to any UPS or FedEx store for pickup when you purchase the receiving and inspection service. I live outside the US. Should I order from this website?

Yes, this website is for all countries that the factory can ship to. We are specialized for the US and EU. If you live in the US or EU, this will be the most convenient place for you to order from. Our payment methods are local methods specialized for the US and EU. All dolls that leave the factory in China are generally shipped the same way, no matter what site you order from or where in the US or EU you live.

Return Policy

Because each doll is customized according to your exact specifications, returns are generally not accepted. If there is a major issue with the doll upon delivery, and you haven’t played with the doll, we will work with you to find a solution.

We will have to charge a restocking fee for cancelled orders depending on the situation. In case of a payment plan, the fee applies to the order total, not the payments made.

There will be a restocking fee of up to 30% to cancel an order for a customized doll order. This fee helps cover the cost of the materials and labor used to work on the doll, the credit card fees, and to recoup losses incurred from reselling the doll.

There will be a restocking fee of up to 10% to cancel an order for an in-stock doll. This fee covers credit card fees and the labor costs incurred from inspecting, packaging, and shipping the doll. If the doll has been shipped, you’ll also be responsible for the shipping fee.

Any domestic shipping costs incurred are not eligible for refund.

Financing

We have financing options available. We support payment through the usual “Buy Now, Pay in 4” companies. 6 or 12 month plans may be available depending on your available credit. We also have an in-house layaway plan available. Contact us for details if you’re interested.

Prohibited States

Catdoll.US respects US law. There are a few states that we can’t ship young looking dolls to for legal reasons. We’ll let you know if you live one of those states when you order. If you live in one of these states and still want a doll, we’ll give you personalized advice on how to get the doll safely directly from the manufacturer.
