(US only) Our white glove inspection service. Unlike many other vendors that only use a shipping company's local storage warehouse, a real person will inspect your doll in the US. We will take delivery of your doll from the factory in China, inspect it for damage and order correctness, and then forward it to you. The customs paperwork will be under our business' name, and we'll take care of any customs issues. Any minor scuffs or issues will be repaired before the doll is shipped out. Your name will not be on the package until it's dispatched from our US location.
