(US only) The head is not guaranteed to be sent from the US. It may be shipped directly from China without this option. We will take delivery of your head, inspect it for damage and order correctness, and then forward it to you. The customs paperwork will be under our name, and we'll take care of any customs issues. Any minor scuffs or issues such as squished eyelashes will be repaired before the doll is shipped out. Your name will not be on the package until it's dispatched from our US location.
