The pictured head may be TPE or silicone. However, in order to allow building any configuration head, the advertised price includes a TPE head as a base, and paid upgrades may be added to reach the desired configuration.
Soft silicone heads have more detailed makeup compared to TPE. They can have a detailed moveable jaw mouth but cannot have implanted hair. They have makeup eyebrows and glued eyelashes.
Hybrid silicone heads are a fusion of both soft and hard silicone, with benefits of both. They have a soft face with the same makeup detail level as soft silicone heads, a moveable jaw with tongue, implanted eyebrows and eyelashes, and a hard silicone scalp that can support implanted human hair. The face softness is a little firmer than a soft silicone head but much softer than a hard silicone head.
Hard silicone heads have very high detail makeup. They cannot have a moveable jaw but have implanted human hair, implanted eyebrows, and implanted eyelashes.
Hybrid and Hard silicone head dolls include jointed fingers for free. Since most customers opt for jointed fingers anyway, you could mentally subtract $100 from the upgrade price.

Catdoll.US Receiving and Inspection Service Description:
(US only) Our white glove inspection service. Unlike most other vendors that only use a shipping company's local storage warehouse, a real person will inspect your doll in the US. We will take delivery of your doll from the factory in China, inspect it for damage and order correctness, and then forward it to you. The customs paperwork will be under our business' name, and we'll take care of any customs issues. Any minor scuffs or issues will be repaired before the doll is shipped out. Your name will not be on the package until it's dispatched from our US location.

Upgraded Washing Kit: It's important to keep your doll's holes clean and dry in order to prevent microbial growth. The doll comes with a basic pump for washing out the holes. You can get an upgraded one here. When you're done washing, simply put the air tube in the hole to let it air dry.
Powder Maintenance Kit: In order to keep your doll's skin smooth to the touch, you should keep it powdered. Included is a powder container filled with powder, a powder puff, and a feather applicator for quick full-body powdering.
Deluxe Bundle: Contains all of the above. Please note if you want the regular or creamy lube.
Battery-Powered Air Pump: A fancier air pump with more power, a USB rechargeable battery, and 2 air outlets to clean 2 dolls or 2 holes at the same time.
